T.J. Chao, MPAS, PA-C is our Physician Assistant. T.J. graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 1997 and started his career in health care as a Registered Nurse. For three years T.J. worked in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida while also attending PA School. T.J. went on to graduate from his Masters Level Physician Assistant program at the University of Florida at the top of his class in June of 2000.

T.J. Chao joined Gardner Dermatology in July of 2000 and was mentored by Dr. Gardner for 2 years. Over the years T.J. has developed a love for both General and Cosmetic Dermatology. He has also developed a special interest in the treatment of Psoriasis.  T.J. was the first Physician Assistant in Georgia to implement the use of biologics in the treatment of Psoriasis and is regarded as a National Thought Leader in the treatment of Psoriasis. T.J. briefly left Gardner Dermatology during 2005-2006 to work for Abbott Immunology's Biotech division. Today, T.J. implements all the research knowledge and evidenced based training he attained while working in the Biotech Pharmaceutical industry to his everyday practice. T.J. is committed to giving the highest quality care possible. He believes in personal patient care, with your needs as focus and forefront of medical care.

Jill Barron is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and the Spa Director for Gardner Dermatology. Jill has worked in the skin care and cosmetic industry since 2000. She is a graduate of the International School of Skin Care, and is dedicated to providing superior skin care services to assist patients with achieving and maintaining more youthful, healthier, beautiful skin that they can be proud of. Whether you are in need of a treatment program, home regimen, or makeover with our mineral cosmetics, Jill will work with you to design the best treatment plan for your specific needs and concerns.

Beth Warshaw is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who has been with Gardner Dermatology for over 10 years. As a graduate of the International School of Skin Care, Beth's expertise goes a long way in teaching patients how to properly care for their skin. One of her objectives is to protect her patients' skin from the environment, preventing future damage. If you've already suffered some type of damage, Beth can develop a plan of corrective treatment just for you.

Melissa Perry is a Certified Laser Technician and Certified Surgical Technician. Melissa has over ten years of experience working with lasers. She has trained one on one with numerous dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Melissa enjoys working with the lasers to improve the appearance and texture of the skin. With Melissa's extensive training and knowledge of lasers she can find the laser treatment that is right for you.

Jaimie Daughtry is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and a Certified Laser Technician. She has been in the cosmetic industry since 2001 and has trained with many dermatologists and plastic surgeons. She combines her knowledge of lasers and the skin with advanced medical techniques to provide a customized skin care program that will bring the most desirable results to each of her clients. Jaimie believes in educating her clients to achieve overall beauty and healthy skin, and enjoys following the progress and success of her clients.
