Laser Hair Removal for All Skin Types

Don't settle for out-of-date solutions. The old-fashioned ways of removing hair—creams, shaving, tweezing, waxing—are time consuming and short lasting. And although electrolysis can permanently remove hair, it is an extremely slow and painful method.

But you don't have to settle for out-of-date solutions. Now you can obtain long-lasting results with laser hair removal treatments—no matter what type skin or hair color you have.

The Laserscope Lyra laser system delivers long-pulse laser light down to the follicles, destroying them or impairing their growth. The laser beam is computer-guided and passed through a cooling window to protect your skin. You are assured of gentle treatments that produce smooth results. Unlike electrolysis, which requires a needle to be inserted into each hair follicle, this laser system can be used to quickly treat large areas of the body. It is a safe and gentle method for removing unwanted hair without skin irritation, discoloration or inflammation associated with other lasers or hair removal methods.

The Aurora system advances aesthetic technology far beyond laser and light-based systems by utilizing the synergy of electrical (RF) and optical (light) energies and controlled external cooling. Safe, comfortable hair removal of all colors (including white, gray, red and blonde)—from all skin types, including tanned skin and African American skin—is now a reality. The number of necessary treatments depends on hair color and skin type, and the part of the face or body to be treated. Usually, four to six treatments are required for substantial hair reduction. Light hair will require a higher number of treatments. Most people experience no side effects at all, though a few exhibit some short-term local reddening of the surrounding skin. And treatments require no downtime.

Alexandrite Laser Hair Removal

This is an Alexandrite laser, which is one of the best laser technologies available for laser hair removal. This laser goes deep enough to target the hair root, unlike a lot of other lasers used at many day spas. When choosing a laser hair removal system, make sure to research and ask what type of laser and the wavelength. Shorter wavelengths, such as with the IPL,which is not a true laser, are not typically as effective at treating thicker, deeper hair roots.

The Alexandrite ia a 755 nm. How many sessions are needed varies per patient. For this reason, we do not sell packages, because you may not need 6 or more tratments. Many areas require less than 6 deepening on the individual. Our prices reflect package discounts up front instead of charging you for treatments you may not need.

Call today to determine which type of laser hair removal system will work best for you.
